A reply is one message the AI sends. Qualifying an enquiry takes about three of them, so the free plan is roughly six conversations a month. Only replies the AI actually sends are counted — anything a lead writes to you is free. Campaigns run in your own ad accounts; ad spend is paid to the platform, not to Vesma.

What is not in the plan price

  • Meta’s own per-message WhatsApp charges, which are billed to your WhatsApp Business account and not by Vesma. We wrote up what those actually cost in India.
  • Your ad spend on Meta and Google, which stays in your own ad accounts and is billed by them.
  • GST, where applicable.
