FEATURES

Everything Vesma does, one sentence each

50 features in nine areas, from the first ad click to the outcome sent back to the platform that produced it. Nothing here is a roadmap. Where a row says beta, it is live and switched on per account.

01 · CAPTURE

Every enquiry lands in one place

WhatsApp, your website, project pages and ad clicks all feed the same lead record.

WhatsApp Business number

Connect your own number through Meta's official onboarding, or start on a platform-provided number.

Website chat widget

One script tag. Visitors get the same AI that runs on WhatsApp, and the conversation lands in the same inbox.

Project pages

A branded page per project on its own subdomain, with a QR code for hoardings and brochures.

Form and chat are one lead

A visitor who fills the enquiry form continues in chat without re-typing anything.

Click-to-WhatsApp landing

Ad clicks open a WhatsApp thread the AI answers, with the click recorded against the lead.

Source attribution

Which channel and which campaign produced each enquiry, kept on the lead.

02 · QUALIFY

Budget, requirement and timeline, captured in the conversation

The AI asks what a good rep would ask, answers from your documents, and scores the lead.

Replies in seconds, 24/7

A real answer on the first message, at 3am on a Sunday as much as at 11am on a Tuesday.

Grounded in your documents

Answers only from the brochures, floor plans, price sheets and FAQs you upload. Anything not covered is escalated, not guessed.

Structured qualification

Budget, requirement and timeline stored as fields on the lead, not buried in a chat log.

Hot / Warm / Cold scoring

Derived from the answers, so the pipeline ranks itself.

Per-vertical fields

Real estate captures unit type and possession; interiors captures scope and handover.

No repeated questions

What a lead already answered is never asked again.

English and Hindi / Hinglish

Replies in the language the buyer writes in.

Guardrails with human escalation

Price negotiation, complaints and anything off-document stop the AI and alert your team.

03 · BOOK

Site visits booked without a back-and-forth

Real availability, a slot picker inside WhatsApp, and a calendar that stays in sync.

Booking in the chat

The AI offers only slots that are genuinely free and confirms the appointment in the conversation.

WhatsApp slot picker

A native WhatsApp Flow with tappable dates and times, instead of typing a time back and forth.

Two-way Google Calendar sync

Bookings create events; reschedules move them; cancellations remove them.

Working hours, buffers and notice

Your rules, intersected with live free/busy, decide what can be offered.

Reminders

Scheduled on booking and cancelled with the appointment.

04 · FOLLOW UPBETA

The leads that go quiet get chased anyway

Sequences that stop the moment someone replies, and marketing messages for leads who opted in.

Follow-up sequences

Run on a schedule you set and stop on any reply, booking, human takeover or opt-out.

24-hour-window aware

Knows when a follow-up is free and when it needs an approved template.

Approved templates

Follow-up and reminder templates reviewed by Meta, so messages outside the window actually deliver.

Re-engageBETA

Marketing messages to opted-in past leads when there is something specific to say: a new unit, a revised price, a slot that fits.

STOP handling

An opt-out is honoured immediately, across every sequence.

05 · TEAM

Your team sees only qualified buyers

One inbox, one pipeline, and a clear record of who did what.

Shared inbox

Every conversation, on every channel, in one place.

One-tap takeover and hand-back

Any rep can pause the AI, reply, and resume it when done.

Pipeline board

Stages derived from what the buyer said, not from what staff remembered to type.

Assignment and roles

Salespeople see their leads; admins see everything.

Analytics

Response times, outcomes per rep, and where enquiries come from.

Leakage detection

Leads that went unanswered or stalled at a stage, surfaced rather than buried.

07 · LEARNBETA

Tell the ad platform which leads were real

The part nobody else does: qualified outcomes, weighted by budget, sent back to Meta and Google.

Meta Conversions API outcomeBETA

When a lead from a click-to-WhatsApp ad states a budget and qualifies, a value-weighted event goes back to Meta against that click.

Google outcome loopBETA

The same qualified outcome reported to Google Ads through the Data Manager, against the click that produced it.

Attribution funnel

Campaign → enquiry → qualified → booked, per campaign and per channel.

Why leads do not convert

Budget, timeline and requirement mismatches in the buyers' own words, aggregated across the pipeline.

08 · CREATEBETA

Pictures, video and posts from the same brief

Creative for ads and social, generated from your brand and your offer.

AI image generationBETA

A picture for an ad or a post, from the offer and the brand, with a daily cap.

AI image-to-videoBETA

Turn a generated or uploaded picture into a short clip.

Media library

Everything generated or uploaded, reusable across campaigns and posts.

Content plannerBETA

Drafted posts on a rhythm you set, published to a Facebook Page and Instagram, including Reels for video.

09 · FOR AGENCIES

Run it for your clients under your name

White-label, a workspace per client, and billing that follows how agencies actually charge.

White-label front door

Your logo, your colours, your domain. Clients sign in to your product.

A workspace per client

Each client's leads, documents, number and campaigns stay isolated.

Partner billing

Optional setup, per-client onboarding and monthly fees, collected through payment links.

Agency console

Every client workspace and its status in one place.

Support impersonation

Read-only access to a client's workspace when they ask for help, logged.

Beta features are live in the product and switched on per account on request, while Meta and Google complete their reviews of ad-account connection.

WHERE IT DIFFERS

Most of this list is assemblable. Two rows are not.

A WhatsApp API tool plus a CRM plus an ad account gets you most of the way. What it cannot do is turn two hundred conversations into stated budgets and post them back to the platform as weighted outcomes, because it never owned the ad and the conversation at the same time.
